The Pyramids Are Just the Tip of the Iceberg

Much of what was written about Ancient Egypt was recorded through the eyes of the Ancient Greeks. Herodotus and other writers presented Egypt as counterpart and Other to Greek civilization. The Pyramids Are Just the Tip of the Iceberg is a large drawing that depicts Egypt as the visible portion of an iceberg comprised of Classical Greek statues, a depiction of the foundation of many cultural ideas about Ancient Egypt.
